From Couch To Spartan Sprint – Exercise 3.2

Really should have been the first video on the squat but I overlooked it. So imagine this the first thing – doing proper squats from the ground up – and then work on the squat tabata.

How do you do a proper squat from the ground up?

  1. Torque your feet into the ground
  2. Flat feet
  3. Knees out
  4. Hips first to move
  5. Straight spine from skull to tail bone
