a reminder that sometimes you can spend too much time prioritizing and can become paralyzed by it. Just starting any random place on your list will get you moving and get things done.

And a reminder that you can train too hard. I’ve always seen a parallel between endurance athletes and alcoholics (not ‘learning’ that the long lows outweigh the big highs like a typical, comfortable person does) and the running-yourself-to-an-early-grave proves it.
