Quick Running Update


New best 10k time in training.

This means that even if I stopped for six minutes I should still be able to get to my goal of 20k in 90m.

The big thing for this run is I was loaded on sugar. Halloween size candies all day, some french fries, and two cupcakes minutes before launch. Plus a great mood from a good day at work in general. I hit the treadmill totally amped, put on Hatebreed and just ran like a psycho.
