Weekly Work Out

I do 75 kettlebell swings a day with 45 pounder and it’s getting close to easy. But I found this workout (It’s one section of a more complete workout from Aubrey Marcus’ book Own The Day, Own Your Life which I love and I’ll do a full write up on soon) and it’s harder but also a lot more fun so give it a shot.

  • Take your heaviest kettlebell, in my case 45 lbs, do 15 swings.
  • Then take something reasonable, in my case 20 lbs, and do 5 thrusters with each arm.
  • repeat for 10 minutes.

You end up getting more swings than 75 but in intervals the form stays tight throughout and you’re never far from putting a weight down to switch so it never feels like a drag out.
